Getting help
One studio, one inbox, and a human answering it. Write to hello@llokq.com and you will get a reply, usually within two working days.
Request access
The app is in private beta. Email hello@llokq.com with which platforms you post to and roughly how often, and we will tell you where the queue for access stands.
Report a problem
Include what you queued, what you expected, and what the app printed. The app logs what each platform answered, and that line is usually the whole answer.
Privacy and data requests
Anything under the privacy policy, including a copy of what we hold or a deletion request, goes to the same address and is answered within one month.
Questions that come up
What do I need to run it?
A Mac and Node.js. The scheduler installs as a launchd agent, which is macOS specific. Everything else is a plain command line app.
Does my video pass through your servers?
No. Your machine uploads straight to the platform. We run nothing in the publishing path, which is why there is nothing on our side to leak. See the privacy policy.
Can it post while my computer is asleep?
No. It publishes when your machine is awake and a post is due. A laptop that was closed over a due time publishes when it wakes, oldest first, with a gap between uploads rather than all at once.
Can I schedule to several platforms at once?
Yes. One manifest can name several platforms, and each target is queued, checked and published separately, against that platform's own limits.
Why does my TikTok post say it needs consent?
Because TikTok requires per-post choices that only you can make: the privacy level, whether the post is commercial, and the comment, Duet and Stitch settings. Run poster tiktok consent <post-id> and answer the screen. Until then the post is held and the scheduler will not touch it. The TikTok page describes the whole screen.
Why did my TikTok post publish as private?
Until TikTok completes its review of an app, every post that app makes is private to the creator, whatever they chose on the consent screen. That is TikTok's rule for unaudited apps, not a setting in this one.
How do I disconnect an account?
Revoke it in the platform's own settings, which invalidates the token immediately. For TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions. Then poster tiktok remove <handle> to delete the stored token from your machine.
Can it publish the same video twice?
No. A post that already carries a platform video ID is refused for publishing again, whatever its status, and a post being uploaded is claimed so two runs cannot take it at once.
Can I use it to manage someone else's accounts?
No. It publishes your own content to accounts you own and have personally authorized. That is the whole scope of the product, and the terms say so.
